There’s something I did this week that made me realize something important that I do. Something that we probably all do.
You see, I went for a walk without music, no distractions. Just myself and the sounds around me.
After a few minutes, IÂ started noticing something...the bird songs.
Not just on...
At this week's Boston Marathon, Nike put out a line that quickly made its way across the running world:
“Runners welcome. Walkers tolerated.”
And if I’m being honest, it made me angry. Not mildly annoyed. Not “I disagree but I see the angle.”
Angry because I know exactly what that kind of messa...

This week, something interesting happened at work.
Race registrations opened for the event my company is partnering with this year. Distances offered: 5K, 10K, and 15K. Within days, colleagues started stopping me in the hallway, messaging me, asking the same question:
“Which distance should I sign...
