Hi, I'm Nancy!

I'm a working mom, running coach and someone who understands the challenges of starting something new. I wasn't athletic growing up, but running changed my life. I've since completed marathons and even an 50km ultra marathon. To go from non-athlete to passionate runner I've developed strategies to make running simple and achievable for women just like you.
